PC-Aeroの電気飛行機エレクトラ・ワン Elektra One、リンドバーグ飛行機賞の電動飛行機賞を受賞

ドイツ製のPC-Aeroの電気飛行機エレクトラ・ワン Elektra Oneは、リンドバーグ飛行機賞の電動飛行機総合システム賞 Lindbergh Prize for Electric Aircraft を受賞しました。PC-Aeroの電気飛行機 Elektra Oneの太陽電池や太陽光発電システム付き格納庫は太陽電池メーカー SolarWorldとの共同開発で、Tech Crunch Japanの記事によると、”充電は、ソーラー発電付格納庫内で行われ、格納庫は飛行機の想定価格14万5000ドルに含まれている”とのことです。

エレクトラ・ワン Elektra Oneの主なスペックは、翼長8.6m、機体の重さは100kg、バッテリーは最大100kgまでで、積載重量は、飛行士一名を含み100kgまで。つまり飛行時の合計重量は300kgまでです。最高速度160km、おおよそ3時間の飛行が可能で、最大飛行航続距離は400km以上。モーターは、16kW。

　エレクトラ・ワン Elektra Oneは、2011年中に認可を得て、来年中には発売される予定ということです。
